Meet Addison.

Addison started MOPS after building a maintenance background in demanding environments, including a decade in the U.S. Army as a sergeant, medic, and cavalry scout, plus private yachts, cruise ships, and more than 20 apartment complexes. That experience shaped a practical approach to property work: diagnose the need, communicate clearly, and keep the project moving.

A recent University of North Dakota graduate, Addison also served as house manager for Kappa Sigma, where he helped oversee day-to-day property needs, maintenance coordination, and the steady follow-through that student housing requires.

MOPS exists to bring that same owner-led attention to property managers, landlords, student housing groups, and owners across Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, and nearby communities.
